Customr service across the board is pretty shallow. You really have to bitch and to someone in mgmt. I went around & around w/Verizon and after getting lip service I pulled all my corporate accts (113 phones for our crews) then caught their attention. Then we sued them for breach of contract. Screw Verizon - coverage was great - customer relations= non existent. You might try a business/corporate approach for rates. I think the AT&T cingular is going to look pretty good in upcoming future.
