i can see everyone's point....but its a five year old...every five year old throws a tantrum at one point or another....and last i checked cops are only supposed to handcuff you if you are either under arrest opr a threat to otehrs in the situation......i highly doubt throwing and ripping papers and swinging their tennis ball size fists attached to underdeveloped arms are going to hurt anyone......
