I don't know about you people, but at 12, I knew wtf I was doing. This, blame it on his age bullshit is annoying. If he was a toddler or crawling around, thats understandable, but at 12.... It's like you assume that as soon someone turns 18, they can act like an adult and at 17 years 11 months and 29 days: they are innocent of thier crimes. Bull. I say fine his punk ass, stick him in there for janitorial duty or something. Make him learn, and being suspended is like a vacation for a 12 y/o.
