I'ld like to do worse than that to their terminals. LOL. United is usually pretty good but with all the crap going on terrorists, fuel costs, etc... their service is suffering. It's not just United, tons of companies - airlines & whoever are just losing sight of "customer service" because of the "almighty buck". Just look around, there are tons of companies that treat people like shit, take their cash then -next victim. It's bullshit! If ANY of you younger guys go into business, one big key to your success will be - take care of your customer, when you do that it comes back to you tenfold.
