That blows. I think that is total bullshit, there is no way that is wreckless driving. If you were in WA state, I know a few great motor vehicle lawyers. I would post on some forums, here, e46fanatics, dtmpower.net, and bmw-forums.com and find out about a good lawyer in your area. They are well worth the money to keep a wreckless off of your record, plus the insurance rates can go up so high, I can't believe that.
