Hey i forgot u live in Edmonton man. You havent been on in a while. You dont have msn by any chance do ya?

Canada Post, as well as UPS charges by the size and wieght of the packages being shipped. So wieght wise ur screwed. I say package each rim in its own seperate box, that way you keep the size issue to a minimum. If u can ship using Canada Post, they should be cheaper but will probably take a little bit longer.
