I was taken back by that amount... I didn't think it would be that expensive. I told him I'd get back to him tomorrow morning with a direction to go.
My question is has anyone dealt with this before? Does that price seem right? Are there any alternatives? Any information on this would be appreciated.
WAY TOO MUCH! You can find a good used one for around 100-200. I had one about 4 months back which I sold for 50 bucks. Check junkyards and replace it yourself. 4 bolts and easy enough to do.
