Most out of towners will describe us the way I did though, ha ha.
And I don't know about who has worse potholes, but I can tell you that living in the oldest part of the country (the northeast) really sucks because most everything is underground. That means that if there is any little problem with water, utilities, cables, phone lines, subways, yaddi yadda, the road gets torn apart. And it gets put back together in worse condition than when they started. Not to mention the salt on the roads, the trucks & freight that rolls through everywhere here
