Yea but have you ever flew into Chicago? Snow on the runways are the least of their worries. Last time into O'hara, our plane was listing side to side due to winds. When it looks like you might pass the cockpit on landing gets me "a little nervous". That and seeing "foamed" runways is not my idea of a good time is about to happen.
