New Engine - Rebuild?

Alright... I'm starting to get a list of things I want/need for when I either replace or rebuily my M30 and am looking for some advice:
1) If I replace, what engine(s) will bolt into the E23 mounts?
a) Mated tranny, options? Looking to go manual (I miss my clutch ) Hoping for 6sp?
b) Differential options?

2) If I rebuild I want to turbo the M30, and still replace the tranny with a manual.
a) Bore & sleeve or just port & polish, smooth cylinders, etc, and go?
b) Manual tranny options to mate up with the M30? Differential?
c) Turbo setup options?

I've talked with a few shops and no one knows of current(new) turbo setups that will bolt onto an M30 (maybe just talked to the wrong people?) And even fewer have ever actually worked with an E23. I would like to go aftermarket and upgrade pretty much everything in the block if I keep my engine.

Long winded, I know, but I want to start getting my pieces now so it won't be a huge expense all at once. Thanks everyone!
