help ! e38 sparks from fuse,
 

I changed the battery,I had no choice,I left the car sitting for two months, it was dead,? I put the new battery in, Cigarette lighter stop working, I changed the fuse, the new one turns red after i tried the light it worked, then stopped, sparks when i try to put in another new one?? any ideas ?? please help
