E38 Ignition barrel
 

Hi guys, I have a small problem. i need to change the ignition barrel on my E38, this is a simple task except that I can't find a way of getting the black plastic cover off the barrel. This cover is the interface between the key encoder and the car. I don't want to break it. Any clues all??
