Your Ride: 1998 BMW 740i
Parting out my 98 740i
I give up! Does anyone know where I can part out my 98 740i? I've given up trying to stay ahead of the problems. I now have the "trans. failsafe prog" error and the car is telling me that ALL of the o2 sensors are bad, which I find impossible to believe! Bimmer workshop says the tranny needs to be replaced. I'm not going to pour another three or four grand into the beast. I'm looking for a place to sell the car for parting out. Body and interior are in great shape! All of the electronics are up and running, cd player, radio, a/c, etc. Battery is brand new ($200.) Anyone have any ideas? Appreciate the help.
