I hate leaks!!!

As I said in my last post the unit is leaking at the top fitting on the steering box.The fitting/banjo bolt used an aluminum washer to seal the banjo bolt to the steering box. I have tried copper washers, aluminum washers and nylon washers.None of these have been able to seal the fitting. Could I be applying to much torque? Or maybe not enough. I sure dont want to snap the banjo bolt off in the steering box.Does anyone know what the torque should be? and is there a special washer that I should be using. the ones I used were standard aluminum washers from the parts store.
