I used an Innova 3130 Scan Tool and pulled codes P1400 and P1403. Any body have any idea what may be causing these codes. The definition I got for the P1400 - Heated Catalyst Battery Voltage or Current too Low during Heating (Bank 1)

The catalitic converters on your vehicle have heaters on them for emission reasons. Thats why you have 2 batteries in your trunk. With your car, theres so many possibilities of what it could be, your looking at a visit to your dealer.
It could be a bad battery to replacement of the $1900 per catalitic converter.
With it saying voltage to low one of the batteries could have a bad cell and will not hold a charge.
