82 733i bought for a hundred bucks
my dad and i picked up a 733i for a hundred bucs body perfect no dings dents or rust glass is perfect leather seats slight tear in pass side rest is perfect.paint is fair but ugly copper brown o well .like new perelli tires .now the bad blown head gasket so far but you never know great new project thou i will post pics soon

somtimes you get lucky and these old cars fall into your lap .alot of these cars are in great shape but i live in idaho in a town called eagle .lets just say there are alot of people that have the means to just go down and buy a brand new bimmer if there old one stops running thats where me and my dad step in to save them from the salvage yards i will put pics up to night.this is mission save bimmer number seven!!
With my '82, the first challenge was the alternator did not receive 12V, so it didn't charge.
I ran a wire directly from a hot post in the fuse box tray to the back of the alternator. That worked.
Then the two speed electric fan had problems. I ran another wire from the fuse tray to the high temperature sensor on the side of the radiator.
Eventually I had 3 or 4 "hay wires".
2) I want to encourage everyone to take digital photos or make a short video and post it to YouTube with detailed information on how they solved repair problems.
