95 740iL won't start

Hello all. I have a 95 740iL. It worked fine and perfect. Yesterday a storm came by, winds over 50 mph. The car was outside and the alarm went off about 20 different times throughout the night. I disarmed it once I finally heard it. So then I go to drive the car a little later and it won't start. It just cranks and cranks when I turn the key but nothing else. I checked the fuses they seem fine. I tried using the keys to open the doors still nothing. What could be the problem?

Also: I had low coolant and light came on once when I started and turned off the car the day before the storm. I tried starting without adding extra coolant, nothing. Then added coolant, still nothing.

Maybe the fuel pump needs to be checked.

Maybe but the thing is that it was fine the day before and I had a checkup recently. So it seems like this storm had something to do with it.

Any sign of water in the ignition system anywhere in the engine bay?

no water

the alarm may have disabled your ECU or screwed w/your EWS system, unforutnately i have no idea how to fix any of these issues, try maybe disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it?

tried disconnecting the battery also didnt fix it

With the alarm going off all night did it kill the battery and thats why your doors will not open? Or does the car have power and it just cranks without starting up?
Like sperf said, the alarm could be disabling your fuel pump causing your cranking issue.
You can try a battery reset which reset all the moduels in the car.
Disconect both + and - battery terminals, get a long screw driver or a extesion and connect both battery calbes together, let is sit for about 10 minuets or longer if you see fit. Reconnect to the battery and try to start it.

I have not tried the last thing connecting the 2 battery calbes together. And to clarify the doors open and car has power. But it won't turn on it just cranks. If the fuel pump is being disabled by the alarm or immobiliser then I need to turn off the alarm or immobiliser
