Don't use the ones in the dash--they break easy and are supposedly difficult to replace.

That's the one thing I have found in looking at so many of these cars. The German's can manufacture the Ultimate Driving Machine, but not the Ultimate Cup Holder....:wtf

The Germans serve their beer in large mugs. Can't make a cup holder that big and still have room to shift.

My 840 has two factory cup holders--on the inside of the glovebox door of course. That is a bit of a stretch to reach.

If it's anything like what the e36 has in the glovebox door, they're pretty useless :doh
