Does anyone reccommend a good place to buy quality suspenion parts for my 7 Series
?
Polyurethane bushings?
At decent prices?

Hmmm . . I was just looking at E23/E32 parts a while back and found they're getting hard to come by?? Try PelicanParts.com, if they don't have it on their site, call and see if they can special order it?

Put in the E32 750 or E34 M5 rubber bushings. You will be happier. Just make sure that they are torqued with the suspension loaded for a longer life.

I have Grunts Polys in my 840 and will swap to either the blue tagged M5 or green tagged 750 bushings when they finally give up (25K miles so far) Too much road noise for too little gain.
