E box on the right side--with the computers

Only picture I have from the ETM sucks bad but the arrow is pointing to the middle front of the box.

If there is not a ground signal on the relay, you have a sensor out and the computer has shut off the fuel.

Can't see enough to justify posting the pic.

Take the top off the big plastic box on the passenger side of the firewall and the relay should be in the front of the box.

I t should come on for 3 seconds at start then turns off if the computer sees a fault. If there is a problem with the relay it won't ever click.

If there is a problem with the fuel pump the relay will click and stay on.
