Footnote: just to add a tidbit of info to this discussion.
No forward motion means no airflow over airfoil/wing, which means no lift, which means no flight.
A helicopter would be your weapon of choice here.
I test run widebody aircraft almost everyday.
Planes easily maintain brakes while engines are at and beyond takeoff power--70, 80, and 90% engine thrust settings.
Very violent shaking and bouncing in place is about all you will get.
All modern runways are slightly graded downward as you reach it's center and slightly grade back up as you past center runway and approach the opposite end. Helps planes achieve quicker lift as they 'fly downhill.' Some Grades are very noticable while others are hard to see with the naked eye.
