ahh i kinda came up with an analogy
take a CO2 powered car, put wheels on it, and put it on a treadmill
depends on how heavy the car is, but then again it doesnt b/c say the CO2 car would move at 5 mph.. then that means the belt has to move at 5MPH, but if the belt and the car are moving at 5MPH(and assuming there is friction) then the car would be stopped, then the belt would go back to moving at 0 MPH, then the car would speed up.. etc etc
its kinda like undefined, dividng by 0, imaginary numbers... i dunno
