When running one of your cables you crossed (over or under) a power lead and it's picking up alternator noise. Instead of grounding at the shock tower find a factory "ground group" (they're all over the car = a bunch of wires going to one bolt connection) Or run a ground from each of your speakers separately = coming off neg side straight to a solid metal ground (non painted surface) and adding another for your amp.
