I've been riding bikes for years now and I've known a few buddies who went to jail for running and it was all because of the helicopter. I mean in most places they wont have a chopper and you could get away but running is retarded. The one time I decided to go fast on my bike I almost got busted. I was on the freeway and decided to go balls out. 154 mph indicated and as my luck would have it, I passed a cop on the shoulder. Fortunately he was at a standstill while I was going 154 so he didnt even pursue. I got lucky and ill never go that fast again or run from a cop. Risks are too high for myself or I could endanger someone else. So basically, yea you could get away but they always have better ways of getting you...
