I will find out more about the clutch on thursday or friday. I checked aatuning.com and they don't have clutches for the e39. I hope I don't need to replace the clutch and flywheel. Check out this modification, clutch delay valve,

The spec stage 5 clutch and flywheel are $1700 and uuc SSK is $300. I might be looking at another $2000 for my car. Plus I need to buy some tires. Maybe I should ride a bicycle j/k
