The volga was THE luuxury car of the early communist Era in the Soviet Union. It was like russia's version of say... the BMW Z1. Its a classic, and to find an original Volga in gret condition will fetch you two Rolls Phantoms.
I don't lie the car either, but try and respect it for what it is, not what it was. The history of the volga is a great read, so go to google and get some education.

yeah the volgas are classics though.. not sure about doing what he did but I remember reading an article in which they put a huge BMW engine into a perfectly restored Volga. That was pretty sweet
