Here is the deal...

Think it was Friday afternoon, ~ 6:30 7 pm, so kind of dark outside, was coming home from work, and am going down hill, raining a lot and pretty foggy.

To my right is I think 4 houses and a red light (that was green). In one of the house's driveway I see this lay with an umbrella (she was squatted down a little) facing towards the street (her back at me) and a car in the driveway. I assumed that the lady was looking out for someone to back out....

So I focused on her and that car making sure they don't do something like back out and hit me...

As I get like 2-3 yard from that driveway I see the lady drop her umbrella and clap, then all a sudden I see this Siberian husky run from the other side of the street in the street towards the lady.... I honk, brake and flash my highs all at once, the lady screams, I slightly turn right trying to dodge the car but due to weather my car starts to fish tail a little, so I counter turn and get car back straight.

The dog, even thought he was EXTREMELY stupid and ran in middle of the street, he back out when he heard/saw me... but my bumper came probably a inch away from hitting him... so close that I wasn't sure if I had hit him or not until I looked in my rearview mirror...

But I swear I was enraged at that lady for calling her dog right in front of me!
