you still run into new members who want one, but weren't here before they final design was sent, they can't get one with their name on it and its not cost effective to constantly update the design every time someone wants one. T-shirts can also be good incentives to get people to join our community and be active contributing members, and t-shirts with specific names on the back kind of defeats the purpose and IM creates an elitist type list that we don't want to promote anyway.

IMO if you want your name on the back, go get your tag screen printed on the back of your own shirt.
