Since the merger of my company, they have re-adjusted the comp plan to attract very good salespeople and they are paying out very well for over achievers. Even at 100% to goal, the first year Senior Account Executive will make $95,000. Keep in mind that 95K is at goal before the accelerators kick in if you are above quota. The potential for earnings is totally unlimited. On top of the comp plan, you also get a base salary, expenses, benefits, etc. Let me know if you want to hear more about it.
