That's the main reason I'm leaving. I've been incredibly successful here...but I'm sick of the BS, it's just gotten way out of control.
I'm definitely a senior citizen over here. There's only a handful of people company-wide at my tenure level (and that includes the lion-share of our 'executive management').
I have 2 offers that I'm contemplating, and I just had another come into the mix. All 3 places pay better, are more relaxed and have a better reputation.
