thats is a result of 2 things.
1 - your car is an auto
2 - you can't redline it hard causing the engine to burn oil.
I drive my car how it is supposed to be driven and have good compression and burn about a quart of oil every 3-4k. BMWs are designed to burn oil in this manner.
