Service Engine Soon Light on
Bought my first pre-owned 2004 525I in April. Car drives great and had the car serviced twice since I bought it. The SESL is on and I know that it has something to do with emissions. Since I am a new owner and have only driven Mazdas in the past, how much of an issue is this?

Check engine or cel has to do with emissions among other things service engine on the other hand has to do with maintenance as in oil change or inspection 1 and 2.
