I have a 97 540i, need your help for mods????

Hi i just got a 1997 BMW 540i and have been looking for sites to get performance parts fo it and i wont lie, im totally lost, any help would be greatly appreciated, i just want to bump it up to a lil over 300 hp. any suggestions????
