Electrical problem:Windows, wipers, seats

I have a 91 525i on which these items previously worked. I have changed the M20 engine to an M50 and did change a bit of wireing. However everything works accept certain things, wipers, windows, seats. Yes, i checked the fuses they are OK. Im not afraid to search and troubleshoot, but figured id ask if there is ONE place this might point to. There is Power (+side) to these items.
