The damage is already done, it has owned us..
Its just so fucking stupid, it was going to happen, they knew it, the levee is rated for a category 3 hurricane and katrina was a 5 downrated to a 4 at the last second.. had katrina actually hit NO dead on like it was supposed to, the situation would have been 10x worse. Imagine the damage east of NO in mississippi only with this flooding.
There should have been a serious evac plan in place years before this..
I think its going to burn, they cant get firefighters in.. and there are countless fires raging as we speak..
