I have a clogged engine I have driven the BMW 535 IS 1600 without changing the oil when I parked the car at my destination the car was fine when I got in the next day the car engine was sluggish recently I changed the oil and filter and now the engine dosent work in any capcity is there anybody that can help?

The site isn't worthless, you just don't understand how to use it.
Go to http://www.unitedbimmer.com/forums/ and click on the 5-Series forum, then click the New Thread button (if it asks you to login, do so with the username and password you registered with), and submit your question there... it's really quite straight forward.
