jaggedness is probably the orange peel...

its normal
when they paint your car, gravity pulls the paint down a little, giving it that effect.
its more noticable on vertical panels since paint can slide down when its not dry yet.

and did you use DAWN soap, as in what you wash your dishes with?

and why did you wash your car after using claybar?
