BMW-forums was the first and only other forum I have been a member on. I like it very much when I first joned. I never really got that much tech help there, but since I pretty much know my car inside and out that was never an issue. But as time went by it always seemed like there was never any structure to the site and that the threads always got hijacked and off topic.
I think the best part of this site so far is that the threads seem to be staying on topic and not getting jacked.
I also don't think the mods on bmw-forums were involved enough (some were). On the majority they never jumped in to stop arguments and things just got out of hand. I have noticed that everything has been kept under control here without any arguments getting heated, which is great.
Keep up the good work Komodo/mods. I have yet to see any flaws in your site design and rules.
