sounds like a fan clutch issue, actually, after looking at that vid twice:
See when I did my underdrive pulleys, my belt tensioner snapped on me (Almost blew up in my face), and I replaced, and I had somewhat of a similar sound to yours but less noticeable, and after that it went away. So like I said it could either be a fan clutch issue or a belt tensioner.
