LandoAWD, only way a civic would run in the 7s or in the 10's would be if the owner puts massive amount of money in it. I have a friend who put a prelude engine in his and nos, the car was gutted out all he had in it was pretty much a driver seat and a battery in the trunk, you could literally lift his car up.
