If you have a turbo you won't have a header style exhaust manifold, your exhaust will flow through a turbo manifold and into a down pipe.
Adding headers in adition to a super charger would be great.
Think of it this way, the more exhaust gases you can get out of your car the better. High flow headers are shaped and coated for more efficient air flow (simmilar to a cat back exhaust). Thus you achieve hp and trq gains.
