i'd pick torque over horsepower..... HP doesn't matter if you get hit by a school buy because you couldn't get going fast enough. HP is over rated. handling and low end torwue are much more important.

someone here on the forums has a quote in their sig that goes something along the lines of "HP just helps you hit the wall faster....one way or another you're still going to hit the wall"

IMO torque is more important unless you just have no horsepower in which case you have more problems than what manifold to use......
