if you have rims with lots of space in them it could be worth it if looks is important to you.
if i had the cash and your car and was dead set on brakes i would go with brembo big brake kit with big calipers and SS brake lines. it'll stop you fast as hell, but thats not something you should really need unless you're tracking your car or riding some guys bumper

if you had 2k to spend on anything and weren't dead set on brakes, i'd get something else. its a personal choice as far as type of mods go, but for a brake set up, i'd go wiht a set of big cross drilled rotors with big calipers SS lines and a good fluid. because
a) Red Calipers own all
as far as looks go
b) if you have rims like the ACS type III with lots of space and little metal, big rotors look like WOAH!
c) it's a good mod if you're a twistie hunter or tracker
