I called Pacific BMW using thier 1-800 number. No one answers. I called thier parts department with that number twice, then called thier operator. THEN, I called thier local number (charged), not that I care, my service plan is nationwide. Only then they answered...

, Just annoying is all. This is why I'd rather just use the web for my parts. It goes into a computer and bam, it comes a week (or less) later. NO incompetant personel who get confused, asking repetitive questions...
