all my shifts are a full 8.5 - .5 for lunch hour shifts.... i usually dont ever work that long..sometimes half that, but still get paid for the full 8 hours... hahaha

im a bellhop too for the only 5 star inn in NC. Its great. I just got employee of the month which came with a 100 dollar bonus. 7.50 and hour plus 25-120 dollar tips a day. Its very nice, but they work me 45 hours a week.
