All I have to say is F Washington and it's political leaders. Been a law for a while now, but you can't fire off ANY fireworks ANY time of the year including July 4th!!! Something that has been a tradition for hundreds of years is now banned! I look at this law as un-patriotic and completely stupid! So as if this isn't bad enough, I saw an article in the local paper that said the Firecheif wants to raise the fines to 2000k if caught!!! Can you believe these assholes? These are the same lazy ass firefighters who just don't want to do any work but get paid. In other states, fireman actually have to work quite a bit. in Spokane, WA they sit outside and play golf and wash their cars on my TAX DOLLARS! I've lived next to a firestation for 15 years now, and they do NOTHING but play golf. Maybe ONCE a week I hear them actually leave. Lazy bastards. And then, they constantly call asking for donation's to help fund the firefighters. Oh and they also have fireman standing out on Sullivan road (one of the busiest roads in Spokane) with orange cones out bugging people for money while they're stopped at lights. Oh, the average income of Spokane, WA is 19k a year. 24k a year is considered middle-class. These firefighters on average make 54k a year in Spokane! 54k a year which is like 108k in Seattle! This isn't chump change by any means! And they have the nerve to fine us more money just to full their pockets up. There is something seriously wrong with the world we're living in fellas. Enjoy your BMWs because there is going to be something major happen in our life times...
