just did the first half of my workout...... 20 wind sprints [suicide drills] (20ft, 30ft, 50ft), served 200 balls, worked on my backhand (100 balls) PWNED my forehand (200 balls cuz its fun), then ran 15 laps around the courts I set up the raar gun thing on the net and clocked my first serve at 107 (WOOT!) and my forehand at 80-something
time for breakfast and then a three mile jog and some weight sand i can take my shower and call it a day....and then go check out harry's 8might as well be new* car
