1. In many states the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.

...wouldn't that be considered contaminatig the scene? I'm pretty sure that in a fatality wreck (where you would need two liters of coke to clean up that much blood) the scene has to be assessed before they can clean it up....which is why they shut down 400 any time tehre is a fatality wreck.
