I would be a little leary of that, regardless of what he says his reasons are.. take into fact that this thing is totally custom and the repair bills that come with it will be very high. Aside from this it is a beautiful car.. just know what your in for potentially. Also I wouldnt offer more for the car than what he paid- especially since he put some miles on it since then..
