del, you keep having problems with the dealership...why don't you just take yourr car somewhere else? I am sure if you ask around and look long enough you will find some great shops that will do all the work for your car for a lot less than BMW is asking. And with your car being so old (by that I mean no longer warrentied by the dealer) you really have no reason to take it back there.
